Latest Invoicing News

Dear Parents/Carers

I am writing to inform you of changes that will be come into effect as of 1st September 2009.  You will no doubt be aware of the increased costs in utilities, materials, food and staff salaries amongst other running costs over the last four years. To date all cost increases have been absorbed by Casa Club and not passed on to parents; however, I now must increase the current session rates by 5% and have made every effort to keep these increases to an absolute minimum. These increases only apply to St Peter’s, St Polycarp’s and St Augustines Casa clubs.

To help parents with the cost of these fees I have introduced a new invoicing period; you will be invoiced each month for the following month. Invoices will go out at the beginning of each month, for example fees for this coming September will be invoiced 1st August to be paid by 1st September and then each subsequent month.

As you will be aware, receiving payments punctually is extremely important for all businesses, but most especially for the smaller business. For this reason, as it has at times become a serious issue, the late payment fee will be increased to £20 for each week that the invoice payment is overdue. Those of you who do pay promptly will of course not be affected by this change.

If we are unable to open or have to close due to Snow, Fire, Floods etc then there will not be any refund due unless the school is closed for more than five consecutive days.

If the Club cannot open or closes due to a Flu Pandemic and we have been advised by Surrey County Council to close, then we will refund two thirds of the invoiced amount after the first five days of closure the other third is to cover running costs of the company and any preparation before we re-open.

We accept all Childcare vouchers schemes, you may like to speak with your employer as they may have a scheme in place.

If you are entitled to claim Working Families Tax Credits then you maybe entitled to help with your childcare costs too.

If you pay by cheques then there is a one pound admin fee, please add this to the invoice amount.

Do you know that you can pay your invoice on line?  Casa banking details are:  Barclays Bank, Sort code   20-31-06,  Account number  60534552 please note that this is only for payment of your After School Childcare costs and not the holiday club.

Latest Holiday Club News

Dear Parents/Carers

The Holiday club is into its second year and I am writing to update you on the changes that are currently happening.

We would like your agreement to take the children across to the play ground in Gostrey Meadows and fishing with nets and buckets, please sign the form which you can find on the registration desk to agree to this.

Any child that attends during the summer must be fit and well, we can not allow children to attend if they have any flu/cold symptoms, this is a precaution to protect all children from contacting Swine flu.

If your child is in reception year at school we are required by Ofsted to keep observations on your child’s development outcomes, we will write our observations in note book which will be given to parents on the child’s last day at Casa, this book needs to be passed onto your child’s teacher for signing and returned to Casa on your next visit. If you do not want us to do this please put it in writing so that we can show to Ofsted when they inspect us.

There is a comments and suggestions book located on the registration desk, it would be greatly appreciated if you would write any comments that you may have, this will help us in making the club even better.

If you receive Working Families Tax Credit you may be entitled to help with your childcare costs. We accept all childcare vouchers; If you use internet banking you can pay us directly into the Casa Account the details are: Barclays Bank - Sort Code 20-31-06.
